1. 索要包裹运单号

    邮件主题:shipping inquiry

    邮件内容:Hello! My order number is *****(填订单号) . Please let me know if my items have been shipped out .  I also would like to have the tracking numbers if available.Thank you.

    User name(购物网站用户名):

    Order date(下单日期):

2. 询问是否分包以及分包包裹运单号

    邮件主题:shipment inquiry

    邮件内容:Hello! My order number is *****(填订单号) . Please let me know if my items have been shipped out andhow many packages they are seperated into .  I also would like to have all the tracking numbers if available.Thank you.

3. 询问订单号(若购物网站未发确认邮件,且购物网站上查不到订单号)

    邮件主题:inquiry of the order number

    邮件内容:I have placed my order in **(日期) and I have not  received anyconfirm letter about this order until now. Would you please send the confirmletter to me or at least let me know the number of the order. 

    My account ID in your onlinshop is **(败欧洲用户名)

    My delivery address is (败欧洲收货地址)

    The following information is the detailabout my order (购物清单,产品品种及数量)

4. 询问是否可以退货以及索要退货单。

5. 货物破损。

    邮件主题:Breakage of goods

    邮件内容:Hello, my order number is XXXX(member number is:XXXX). I was receiving the parcel of this order. Unfortunately, the goods in this parcel is broken. Please find the photo attached. Could you arrange the replacement or return paying to me. Thank you.
